Terms of Use
By using this site or ordering a video you agree to these terms. The site gives independent information about Higgsfield Genjutsu and the Naruto term genjutsu, and sells a done-for-you AI video service.
The service
For $9.90 per order we create one AI-generated video from the clip, reference images and instructions you send, and email it to you within 48 hours of confirmed payment. The scope is described on the order page, and delivery and refunds are covered by the refund policy, which is part of these terms.
Your files and your rights
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you upload, and that anyone who appears in it has agreed to the use, including to AI processing. You keep your rights in your files. You give us permission to process them, and to pass them to the AI services we use, only to make your video and to support your order.
What we will not make
- Sexual or explicit content, or anything involving minors.
- Videos that impersonate a real person or mislead people about who is speaking or acting.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy, or that is illegal, hateful or harmful.
We may decline any order for these reasons. If we do, we refund you in full.
AI-generated results
Your video is generated by AI and is labelled as such. We work with third-party AI video services, whose own terms apply to how they handle inputs and outputs, and which may change or withdraw features at any time. Results can differ from what you picture, so we judge them against your written brief.
Using your video
We do not claim ownership of your delivered video, and we will not publish it or your files without your permission. You may use it for your own purposes, including commercial ones, as far as the rights in your source files and the terms of the underlying AI service allow. Do not present it as human-made footage if it is not.
Payment
Payment is taken by card through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars.
No affiliation
This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Higgsfield, Inc., Shueisha, Masashi Kishimoto or any rights holder of the Naruto franchise. Names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products and works discussed. Example videos on this site belong to their creators and are embedded from YouTube with credit.
Guides and accuracy
The guides on this site are provided as is. Prices, limits and features of AI services change often, so confirm them on the official pages before you pay for anything.
Limits of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Orders are covered by the terms in force when you placed them.
