Privacy Policy
Browsing this site needs no account. We measure visits with Google Analytics and a small first-party event log, and if you place an order we collect only what is needed to make and deliver your video.
What an order collects
- Your email, and your name if you give it.
- The video, images and links you upload, and the instructions you write.
- Your country and a rate-limit counter based on your IP address, to prevent abuse.
How we use it
To make your video, deliver it, support your order, handle refunds and prevent fraud. We do not sell your data and we do not use your files to promote the service.
Who else processes it
The site and your uploads are hosted on Cloudflare. Payment is handled by Stripe, and we never see your card number. To generate your video we send your files to third-party AI video services. Their own terms apply, and they may keep inputs and outputs or use them to improve their models, so do not upload anything you are not comfortable sharing with them.
Visit statistics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and sources bring orders. Google may set cookies for this. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics storage is switched off by default, so Google Analytics does not store analytics cookies there. We also keep our own event log: a random visitor ID kept in your browser's local storage, the page, the referring site, your country, device type, language and the steps you take towards an order. It holds no name or email and no IP address. You can clear it by clearing this site's data in your browser.
How long we keep it
Uploaded files are deleted 30 days after you place the order. We keep basic order records, meaning your email, order number and amount, for as long as we need them for accounting and refunds.
Embedded videos and thumbnails
The example videos are embedded from YouTube. Thumbnails load from YouTube's servers, so YouTube can see your IP address when they load. The video player itself loads only after you click play and uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your data, email contact@genjutsu-ai.net or reply to any email we sent you, and quote your order number. We will act on it unless we must keep something to meet a legal duty.
Changes
If we add advertising or any new use of data, we will update this page before it goes live and change the date above.
