Refund policy and delivery terms
You pay $9.90 once. We deliver within 48 hours of confirmed payment. If we miss the deadline you get a full refund. If the video clearly misses your brief, you choose a full refund or one free redo.

What you are buying
One AI-generated video per order, made from the clip and reference images you upload and the instructions you write. Your clip can be 4 to 15 seconds long, and we deliver a 720p MP4 by email. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Delivery
The 48-hour clock starts when your payment is confirmed, not when you submit the form. We email the finished video, or a download link, to the address on your order. If an order is unclear we may write to you with a question, and the clock pauses until you reply.
When you get a full refund
- We do not deliver within 48 hours of confirmed payment.
- The video clearly misses your brief, for example the wrong element changed, the original motion lost, or artifacts that make it unusable. Tell us within 7 days of delivery and quote your order number. You can take the refund, or ask for one free redo instead. If you ask for the redo, that order is not refunded afterwards.
- We cannot take your order for a content reason (see the Terms) and tell you so.
When we cannot refund
- The video matches your brief and you simply changed your mind.
- You asked for something outside the order, such as a longer clip or a different size, without agreeing it with us first.
- Your files turn out not to be yours to use, or the people in them did not agree.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Results can vary
AI video is not exact. Faces, hands and fast motion can come out differently from what you pictured, which is why we judge a result against your written brief and your reference images. Clear references and a specific sentence about what should change give the best chance of a good match.

Refund questions
I paid but have not heard from you. What now?
The 48 hours run from confirmed payment. If that time has passed and nothing has arrived, email contact@genjutsu-ai.net with your order number and you will get a full refund.
I ordered by mistake. Can I cancel?
Yes, before we start work. Tell us your order number as soon as you can. Once a video is made and matches your brief, the order cannot be cancelled.
How do you decide that a video clearly misses the brief?
We compare it with what you wrote and the reference images you sent. A different person, the wrong object changed, lost motion or visible glitches that make it unusable count as a miss. Small differences in style do not.
Do you offer free redos?
Yes, once, when the video clearly misses your brief. You choose between a full refund and one free redo. If you pick the redo, the refund is waived for that order. A video that matches your brief but is not what you pictured is not a miss, and is not refunded or redone.
Can I get a refund if I uploaded files I do not own?
No. You confirm the rights to your files when you order, and orders we have to decline for that reason are covered in the Terms.
